METALCARE has a full range of new generation premium products used to aluminum alloy rolling process, including hot rolling oils and cold rolling additives.

The hot rolling oil series are formulated with highly refined base oils, advanced composite lubricating esters, and selected emulsifiers, EP additives, high-temperature anti-oxidants, corrosion inhibitors and other composite additives. They have excellent lubrication, cooling, surface cleanliness and corrosion protection characteristics.

METALCARE cold rolling additives are specially designed to the aluminium sheet and foil rolling processes, which have very good lubricity, cooling, annealing cleanliness, anti-aging properties. The use of a unique combination of lubrication components can effectively eliminate surface defects resulting from insufficient lubrication, meeting the lubrication requirements of high reduction and high-speed rolling.

MC Clear 600 series are water-based alkaline cleaners for aluminum alloy strips and sheets, which are more effective when used in conjunction with METALCARE’s aluminum alloy rolling oils. They are formulated with special wetting and cleaning compounds , corrosion inhibitor, foam inhibitor and other ingredients. This series of products have very good performances and have successfully replaced internationally known similar products, applied to the production lines of many well-known aluminium companies.
