Product Details

Cold rolling oil products include emulsifiable and neat oil types. The emulsifiable oils include two series: stable emulsifiable type and semi-stable emulsifiable types. Cold rolling oils are specially designed with following key technologies.

Cold rolling oil for steel strip——Stable emulsifiable type

Features:

• Special non-ionic surfactant technology, higher emulsion stability index, more uniform emulsion particle size distribution.
• Easy to maintain.
• Higher tolerance to tramp oils.

Stable emulsifiable steel cold rolling oil

Cold rolling oil for steel strip ——Semi-stable emulsifiable type

Features：

• The "capture and dispersion" technology enables a much better cleaning performance, making the rolled strip surface bright and clean.
• Much higher lubricity, used for the rolling processes of large reduction, high speed, and thin strip of carbon steel, high-strength steel, silicon steel, stainless steel, etc.
• Very good annealing property.

Neat oil series are formulated with deeply refined base oil and selected lubricants, EP additives, antioxidants, wetting agents, etc.

Features:

• Very good lubricity, suitable for process lubrication with large reduction, wide strip and high speed.
• Low viscosity, better cleaning and annealing properties.
• High flash point, better safety property.
• Very good demulsification property.
