Copper and copper alloy sheet and strip rolling oil

MCR COP 400/500 series are used for the lubrication of hot rolling and cold rough rolling processes of copper and copper alloy. It is specially formulated with selected premium composite lubricating esters and emulsifiers, extreme pressure additives, anti-oxidants and corrosion protection additives etc.

• Better cooling and cleaning properties.
• Bright surface of rolled strip.
• Proprietary technologies of emulsification and dispersion can effectively control copper soap and tramp oil, and extend the life of emulsion.
